She smiled, sudden and luminous. Her wrist lifted and nearly brushed his forearm. The tips of their fingers met, the contact was light but fierce, as if both of them recognised in that thread of warmth an argument finally settled. Where they touched, the iridescence around both their patterns flared — a private conflagration of pearled light that looked like lightning caught inside shells.

Summary
Rumi hates port towns.
The breeze is wet; stray hairs cling to the nape of her neck, slick with sweat. The smell of salt and fish permeate all over, leaving her to crinkle her nose.
Rumi is a shaman. Jinu is a sorcerer from the deepest depths of the sea. They shouldn't have any reason to meet.

Summary
After Gwi-Ma's punishment, Jinu finds out that his connection to Rumi is still in place. The Honmoon isn't so willing to let go of him, once it let him touch it. Nothing goes the way he expects after that. Featuring reveals, some casual threats, and at least one person considering the option of selling Rumi Jinu for their own benefit.

Summary
When the honmoon turned gold and didn't take Rumi's patterns away with it, she couldn't handle it. She vanished without a word. But then people began summoning demons through the honmoon, and things had to change. Now, she’s scarred—by surgery, by guilt, by friends who no longer trust she’ll stay. Huntr/x, the group she once held together, fell apart in her absence, eclipsed by the meteoric rise of the Saja Boys.
Meanwhile, the Golden Honmoon trapped the Saja Boys in hell. With no souls and no food, the demons grew hungrier and hungrier until a summoning pulled them back. Bound by a twisted contract to perform or starve, they’re determined to kill the group who sealed them away.
But when Huntr/x realizes they know nothing about their old prey and the Saja Boys need to face their old fears, families, and former bosses again, the two groups come to a bitter conclusion; they may need to work with the enemy to get what they want.
Ft: Bobby is the GOAT, Jinu's mom and sister are summoned from the dead, and the characters actually communicate.

Summary
Rumi looks down. “Your soul,” she whispers mournfully, enraptured by the blue light trickling out of his chest. “It’s beautiful.”
Jinu smiles.
Gently, he presses his forehead against hers. Rumi jolts, eyes widening, but to his relief, she doesn’t pull away.
“My soul,” he echoes softly. “It’s yours, now.”
Rumi opens her mouth, but no words escape her as she gapes at him. A tear cascades down her cheek.
“It’s mine to give, and yours to take, if you’ll have me.” His vision is blurring, and so he lets his eyes fall shut, allowing the darkness to encompass him. He forces himself to believe that the lull of sleep is accepted of his own volition.
His cheeks tingle. Rumi is holding onto his face. “No, no, no—” she grits out. Her voice is growing distant. “Stop. You can’t do this to me.” The words rush out of her in a frenzy, full of haste and distress. “Jinu.”
“Rumi,” he responds in a broken murmur. “Thank you.”
She was right. Gwi-Ma could be defeated.
He should have listened to her.
(Or: A fix-it/time-travel au where Jinu goes back to the very beginning of the story and sets things right.)
