Of course, they try to help, even when he says that he's fine.Then they make him laugh, and soothe his pains, and talk with him until they all feel asleep in a rather comfortable pile. It's nothing short of lovely.

"I- I get to choose?"
"You absolutely do. All of the options are good ones, so just go with whatever you think you'd like best!" She smiles up at him, then, hesitant but ever-brighter, and blatantly considering, trying to puzzle out what would be best.
"I do like cats," she murmurs after a few long breaths, but there's something else, Izuku can tell, so he happily waits, still hand in hand, swinging their arms just the tiniest bit.
"But I can cuddle cats at home," she does on.
"You can," Izuku acknowledges, no more pressure to it at all. He wants this to be her choice.~~~
