Annabeth was scared. She had hoped Percy's powers would stagnate after the Gaia war, but instead they were evolving. Percy was now able to manipulate things outside of his fathers domains, things that were not meant to be controlled. He was becoming more monstrous day by day
How couldn't he see that he should be using his powers less not more? If he didn't stop soon, she would have to take matters into her own handsPercy was conflicted on one hand it was exciting to explore his new powers and find new ways to use his current ones . However Annabeth's nagging and paranoia was slowly getting on his nerves. He doesn't know how much more he can take. Each incident was another strike on the wall and everyone knows what happens when it gets to three.

Summary
For three months Reyna and Percy worked diligently to heal Camp Jupiter from the scars of war and prove to their detractors that they were the right people to lead the Legion. It was slow but it worked, New Rome and Camp Jupiter healed while their relationship with Camp Half-Blood grew.
However today neither Percy nor Reyna were in the Senate or working in their office. No today the two of them were on a beach, wearing swimsuits instead of togas or armor and carrying beach bags and chairs even though they still had their weapons with them.

Like Lan Wangji, Wei Wuxian wears his gem on a bracelet on his wrist. It's mostly covered by his sleeve but Lan Wangji can see a bit of it peeking out, enough to know that it doesn't change color in his presence.
Wei Wuxian doesn't feel any strong emotion toward him.
OR WangXian Mood Ring (mood bracelet?) AU where all cultivators traditionally wear gems that change color in response to surges of the cultivator's qi but they're also known to react to strong emotions.
