Summary
The horned crown of the Vidyadhara comes with many complex emotions for Dan Heng, who has always been plagued by nightmares in the form of the memories of his past lives. It's not abnormal for Stelle, who also has nightmares, to join him in the parlor car late at night while he reads to distract from the memories, but this night in particular is a little different as he quickly finds out. After everything on the Luofu, Stelle has noticed Dan Heng has an internal war going on with himself and tries to help.
Set after the event of the Xianzhou Luofu and before Penacony.
