Tras la búsqueda y encuentro con Destrucción, Sueño regresa a su reino con una certeza imposible de eludir: para cumplir su promesa y liberar a su hijo, deberá derramar sangre familiar. Antes de que ese acto sea consumado, las Moiras se presentan en su reino. No para impedirlo, sino para ofrecerle una excepción: un trato antiguo que suspende el castigo a cambio de un equilibrio aún mayor. Una muerte por otra. In the Dreaming, ancient things are waking. The Horae have chosen their vessel. Destiny's pages are turning. And the faerie who once poured Dream's tea is becoming something the Dreaming has not seen before.
A canon-divergent, mythology-heavy slow burn. Dream's trauma. Nuala's agency. The long work of two people learning to let each other in.
