Summary
Scarlett Talia Barnes is a twelve year old Hydra experiment that James "Bucky" Barnes and Natalia Romanova (AKA Natasha Romanoff) came to think of as their child. After the events of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Bucky and Scarlett get a chance at a "regular life." This is the story of that, and what happens after their "regular" life goes back to the chaos that is their version of normal.
