It’s not a big deal. These are friendship chocolates. L will love the combination of strawberry and chocolate, ignoring the shape. He will probably eat the first chocolate slowly, analyzing each bite as carefully as he does something new, fascinated with the taste. And Light will be proud about it, because most of them were of his making, since Sayu fell asleep on the couch before they were done. He won’t show it, naturally. He’ll be as uninterested as L is. His demeanor won’t change one bit.
After spending every Valentine's day giving L the chocolates he doesn't want from his suitors, Light gets roped into making friendship chocolates for him. It's not like he's been avoiding his feelings for L or anything like that. It will be fine, though. Sayu has a plan.

Tanjirou's life changes completely when a stranger saves him and his family from a demon.
He's taller than Tanjirou, and his eyes are deep blue that probably hide so many emotions in them.
"Thank you!" Tanjirou smiles again, slightly tugging the swordsman by his haori. "Please, stay over for dinner. It's the least we can do."
"My name is Tomioka Giyuu," he finally introduces himself as he watches intently how Tanjirou pulls his long, red hair into a ponytail. "And it'd be a pleasure to have dinner with you and your family."

Summary
The next days are a little bit different; this time is Giyuu the one who follows Tanjirou everywhere. He carries Tanjirou around, assuring him that he doesn't mind and it's the least he can do after everything Tanjirou did for him.
He also takes a look at his broken leg and gives Tanjirou a couple of exercises so it helps his body heal on its own.
Giyuu goes to the nearest village to buy food for Tanjirou; they always eat together and every now and then the Pillar carries him there so they can have salmon in a nice restaurant. Giyuu always pays for the both of them.
