He mouths at the hinge of Buck’s jaw, curling a hand around his hip to gently coax Buck onto his back. Buck goes, easy as anything, and is met with the sight of Eddie in all his naked, freshly showered glory.
And goddamn, Eddie is fucking beautiful; with his grown-out scruff and the mesmerizing lock of hair falling over his brow, only the shadows under his eyes betraying his hangover. “I can’t believe you’ve never seen this before,” Eddie says a little distractedly, a piece of popcorn stuck to his bottom lip.
Buck wants to lean over and kiss it away, but he’s way too fascinated by the wistful look on Eddie’s face to dwell on that impulse for too long.
Still, he cannot resist bumping his shoulder against Eddie’s. “Well, you know how uncultured I am.”
Eddie huffs a small laugh, shaking his head ruefully. “God, I had such a crush on him. I just didn’t realize it at the time.”
