Summary
Set in an AU where there are two ways that children come to the Jedi Temple – either as found-force sensitive children , OR they are created, essential as test-tube babies, from the DNA of the knights and masters. There is no difference in treatment of the children, but they are referred to either as Force-found or Force-made. The main difference is that their future Masters either find out about them at birth (force-made in the bearing wing of the med center) or as young children when they are brought in to the creche.
Padawans are assigned by lineage but are encouraged to publicly refer to their parents as Master, rather than mother or father. In more contemporary homes, the Masters generally let the little ones call them by parental titles, but it is frowned upon by the more conservative Jedi, who view all children as Children of the Force and discourage familial attachments.---
This series will focus on Qui-Gon's family and his battle of wills with the council over attachments to his jedi-children, a great battle between the light and dark side of the Force, and the aftermath between his four sons Feemor, Xanatos, Obi-Wan and Anakin.
