Michael is okay. Kids are resilient and even with Henry off to college, he’s got no shortage of male role models to choose from. Luke is his favourite, which JJ is pretty sure is only because Luke is Aunty Penelope’s favourite and Michael worships the ground she walks on. So, Michael has Luke and Penelope, Henry has Spence, and JJ has all of them and none of them. Most days it feels like she’s on her own.
