Katsuki would never admit it out loud, but his visit to a HPSC office was about to be a highlight of the Remedial Course. Ready for getting a jump on his classmates on the REAL (bureaucratic) work of heroes, and the chance to read original reports on All Might's historic cases, he gets more excitement than he could bargain for with the unexpected appearance of villains in the building!
Unable to call in the big guns, or use his quirk without risk of fire or government sanction, Katsuki's left to work out the villains true plot on his own - with Deku on the other end of a phone his only lifeline!
