Sonic knew he was a giant idiot, that much he could admit. Running into a super powerful, ultra rare crystal like the Paradox Prism wasn’t the best idea he’s ever had. But give the poor hedgehog credit, he didn’t think it would send him AND Shadow into alternate realities. Let alone realities with different versions of themselves in them!
And all of them were…romantically involved with each other?! Sonic has always known he liked Shadow in some capacity, but seeing it in every new reality they visit just puts the final nail in the coffin.
