And the weakest are the easiest to mold and control. So, he channeled his thoughts and powers through me to amplify his abilities, and he’s gonna do the same to those kids.”
To him it makes perfect sense. Vecna had said it himself: Will had broken easily, and the kids would, too. Because their minds were weak. Will knows he’s overcome that now, mostly, but it’s still true to some degree, just as it was back then. Vecna was able to use him now for the same reason he was able to use him when he was twelve.
Will knows he needs to tell everyone the truth, but doing it all at once is too much. He tells his family, and then his friends. Reactions vary.
