During The Monster's second year at PSU, their dorm RA discovered that their five-person room was only being occupied by four people, and hands them their fate that very day:
Find a fifth roommate by the end of the first semester, allow residence life to provide a randomly assigned roommate, or cough up an $1,000 fine AND get the randomly assigned roommate anyway.
Now, with only a few days left in the semester and a laundry list of people too afraid to room with a monster, Andrew is out of options.
