Summary
On the way back from an assignment down in the slums, Angeal makes a quick stop.
Sephiroth has to jump in now before they get too invested in picking on each other, the cab of the SUV isn’t big enough for all of the squabbling and laughing that’s about to happen. And maybe he’s a bit curious. “What is it?”
Genesis and Angeal both turn to him with such obvious delight in his interest that he regrets asking.

Angeal forces himself to stay seated when he asks, “is everything alright?”
“Yes,” Sephiroth responds, but he won’t make eye contact. He looks somewhere around Angeal’s shoulder and the far corner of his desk.
“Are you sure..?”
“Yes.” Then he leans over and pulls the blinds closed and Angeal does not believe him.
