Summary
“Say you got married,” Robby found himself asking. “Would you wear your dress blues? Or civilian clothes?”
It had only been an idle thought, no different than any number of easy, directionless musings of the sort that often came over the two of them on mornings like this one, when no one had a shift to go to for at least thirty-six hours. Robby didn’t mean anything by it. But he regretted the words the instant they left his mouth, even before he saw the incredulous grin slide over Jack’s face.

Summary
'There's a notification clogging up his screen.
Dennis Whitaker (R1): Hey, just wanted to check in with you after yesterday. It was intense. And also, that thing you were asking about? I feel like Trin kinda got in your head about it. Amy's really just a friend. She needs help on the farm, with a baby, and I'm pretty good at farmwork. That's all.
It's entirely too much justification for your boss.'
Robby finally makes it to his sabbatical.
Whitaker finds himself a little adrift without his boss around.
Jack is just trying to make sure the both of them are happy.

Summary
Sunset Heat (n.) — A spontaneous omega heat cycle occurring later in life, often triggered by a perceived environment of safety, and/or the presence of a compatible mate.
Jack Abbot hasn’t had a heat in over a decade. He buried that part of himself along with his mate, his missing leg, and with everything else soft and needing. The problem is, there's only one alpha close enough to have caused it. And asking him might cost Jack the one steady thing left in his life.

Summary
There are many things MD Jack Abbot doesn’t care for as a wolf: French blue cheese, uncooperative patients questioning care providers at every turn, the ceiling light in the upper-left corner outside Dispatch flickering a white glare sharper than the rest.
Right now, it’s that silvery cougar, tail swinging in lazy arcs and talking Robby up in front of the nurses’ station.
Jack scowls.

Jack takes up a civilian job at the Pitt ED while trying to piece his mind and body back together. With the help of Dr Robinavitch, he thinks he might just like who he becomes.
