Merlin and Arthur are medieval and relatively powerless for much of the story, but it's a powerful one nonetheless. Agravaine is the nasty bully of the story, and the UST a secondary star.

This one has made me tear up--Merlin and Arthur dance around each other in the home Arthur is renovating, and they don't know where they stand with each other. A weird side-plot/climax with Uther, but I love both Merlin and Arthur in this.
