Summary
Every country knew not to take potions from England, but no one had ever told Italy why, and he didn’t care anyway. He had wanted to remove his inhibition; the only thing he cared about was that it would do all that, and to England’s credit, it had. Italy just hadn’t realized what those inhibitions would mean to someone who wasn’t him, and he’d certainly never have guessed what would happen if Germany had been the one to drink the potion.

If one asked Germany to describe Italy in a single word, it would be sweet. After all, sweet applied to everything about his Feliciano. How he sang his words, how he treated everyone kindly; from the flowers and fruits he grew, to the air of his home. Simply everything about Italy was so, so sweet.
