Summary
Ena Shinonome is of a wealthy family who owns a farm. She's a determined artist with a fiery passion and a hint of rebellion. She has an angry exterior under which she hides the most caring soul this side of the Mississippi. She's the kind of girl that has people lining up to be with her or even just to be her friend, the kind who, at least on the surface, has the life everyone wishes they did.
Akiyama Mizuki is none of those things. A transgender outcast with only a mutt for company. A girl living in a beat up trailer who keeps everyone at arms length and watches as they reward her with a jeers and disgust, giving her a wide berth. There is no way someone like Ena could ever even look her way, much less want to be with her forever. Even if she did, there was no way Mizuki would ever deserve it, at least that's what she thinks.
But perhaps she does have a chance after all. Maybe the two of them aren't quite so different after all.
Or
Mizuena, but they live in a small country town somewhere in the American Deep South.

“Where is she?” Enid asks, now noting the stack of books on one of the desks.
“In solitary.”
She’s afraid to ask, but the guard’s gradual shift in tone—strict and no nonsense, to almost hesitant—and her own undying curiosity get the better of her.
“What for?”
“Strangling a guard with her braid. She was quite unhappy to hear that she has a new bunkmate.”
Or, in which, Enid’s stint in prison with a notorious cellmate is challenging—until it’s not.

Summary
When Ena's father gifts her what seems like a generic otome game that happens to feature a villainess with the same name and near identical features to her, she sees it as a personal attack.
When she's forcibly transported into the universe of said game in the place of said Villainess, where everyone either despises or fears her, she decides that it most definitely is a personal attack.
It's all just a mild inconvenience until Ena realises that there are darker forces at play that intend to either make her play the role of villain to the protagonist of the game, Mizuki Akiyama, or to take her place and suffer instead.
Either way, it seems there's just no winning for Ena - especially when it seems that no matter what people say to warn her, Mizuki just won't leave her alone.

Summary
Mizuki hates being unable to see the world in colour. They believe themselves to be good at colour picking though, even if it had its drawbacks of not truly being able to see what exactly #c6c3ce was exactly when they dressed for their day to day life or if #E4A8CA was a pretty enough colour to be their favourite.
It also meant Rui could wear clashing colours if he wanted too without them complaining because all they could do was read the basic descriptions and see what people did when the two of them walked around in tandem. This would lead to him being their ‘tragedy clown’ and an ‘utter embarrassment who was a waste of a good pair of eyes!’
Grey was nice but awfully dull, until they meet Shinonome Ena and they truly had a valid reason to throw up looking at Rui’s outfits before realising what exactly happened as they stared at the pretty brunette. Their heart thumping, their hands sweating, their stomach twisting and their legs running.
They hated grey yet they still accepted it with open arms, when that safety was gone so were there and trouble ensues.
