It was true that they had been experimenting as of late, the lines of domination and control blurring between them as Shane was slowly growing in his confidence and his desire to see just how far he could push Ilya. It hadn’t taken him long at all to realize he could get away with practically anything with his adorable freckles and the prettiest of brown eyes.
It wasn’t hard to get Ilya to want to submit to him when he was as gorgeous as he was, when he spoke as sweetly to him as he did, with his low voice that begged Ilya to be good for him, so that he could be good to Ilya in return.
OR: Ilya is very eager to prove he can be Shane’s good boy.

Ilya watches Shane cross the room and grab a chair from the corner, dragging it into the center of the room.
Right next to the foot of the bed.
Shane pats the back of the chair, making sure to keep his expression neutral. “Sit,” he instructs, sounding more confident than he feels.
Ilya raises an eyebrow but gets to his feet. “You do not want me on the bed?” He asks, sounding more than a little confused.
“No,” Shane replies simply, patting the chair again.

Arlo watches Rozanov catch the small gesture their boss gives him and grab the black coat off his shoulders, draping it over one arm with his black leather gloved hands. It freaks Arlo out a little, the wordless communication that Boss has with his bodyguard. The way they move like a single being, with Hollander always a step ahead but never more than that step far. Rozanov walks if Boss walks, like there’s an invisible leash latched to some collar that only Hollander can tug at.
It must be so humiliating, he thinks just as Boss climbs the long flare of stairs that lead to the main entrance and Rozanov follows behind him like an obedient dog. He wonders if he burns with the shame of subduing himself like that. Of reducing his entire existence to a single man out of obligation.
Or, italian mafia boss shane hollander and his guard dog through the eyes of an employee. and then through shane's own eyes.
