Tommy was bored with the life he had now. He had no friends, no real family, and no dreams he can reach. He was lonely, he was bored, he was hurting.
But he came to the realization that he didn’t have to be all of that. Tommy, the forever known ‘sour kid’, could live a life we wanted. He could live somewhere sunny and warm, the ocean being close enough to smell it.
Tommy had a dream of something new, something fun. So, with a breath and a shove, he's on his way to something new, something fun.
Maybe he wouldn’t be so bored with life anymore. Maybe he could find friends on the road, create a new family for himself, and have the ability to reach his dreams. Maybe he didn’t have to be lonely, bored, not hurting.
Now, just not to get killed in a sketchy gas station in the middle of nowhere.
