It was ridiculous, and yet the bride and bridesmaids arrived, and they looked beautiful, and music played, and a celebrant talked, and the couple was declared husband and wife, and they kissed and everyone cheered, and one of the bridesmaids tripped walking through the grass, but it was totally fine, and Jess kept looking at the not-so tall guy (the best man, she realised, when the men lined up in order for the bride’s entrance), and she kept thinking, ridiculous.

it starts… well, it starts because of a whole avalanche of reasons, really. it starts because buck broke up with taylor, and spent all of 3 weeks feeling good about it before the unease crept back in about him, (even though he denies it). it starts because eddie didn’t give up on therapy, and in the painstaking amount of sessions with frank, some realizations he did not sign up for start occurring. mostly of the 'being queer' and 'being in love with buck' kind.
it starts when eddie starts leaving daily fun-fact post-it notes on buck's locker. it somehow ends with them kissing.
