Summary
A few too many seconds of freefall and Andrew couldn’t keep his mouth shut. He should have shut down, locking his emotions in for only him to know about. Instead when the plane leveled out, Andrew spoke the weighty words that others threw around casually. Words neither of them had ever said.
During heavy turbulence, Andrew accidentally says I love you. Even though they fly back home tomorrow, he’s still not ready to talk about it.

Summary
“I was just about to ask if you would help me retire to my chambers. This place is a maze when you’re not in the right headspace.”
“Ask?” says Will. It’s pointed.
“Something like that,” James says. “You’re a gentleman, aren’t you?” This is even more pointed, honed to an edge that has Will’s eyebrows narrowing very slightly, only enough that James notices because he’d been looking for it. Will’s control over himself is impeccable. James wants to take a stone to it and see how much pressure it can withstand before it fragments.
“Something like that,” echoes Will.
James was raised in Sinclair's drug syndicate. Will is the unpredictable drifter who upends the entire organzation.

Summary
“You aren’t supposed to be here,” he says, and he finds himself so close to tears that it shocks him, stripping away at the cold seeping through his body. “Nobody was. How did you even find me?”
James says, “Will.” He’s not unaware of the fact that James is slowly walking the both of them away from the ledge, retreating back towards the path. “Will,” James says again, like calling his name isn’t for Will but for himself.
In a house on the edge of the English countryside, Will waits for winter's oblivion to deal its hand. Always and of course, James follows.

Summary
Will leads them to a sanctuary where they are only themselves: here, they are severed from the collar’s pull. They find it is Sarcean’s former estate, perfectly preserved in time.
