All he knows is that there’s something beneath Akaza’s aloofness. And he knows that, when it reveals itself, it tilts the playing field on its axis.
It’s selfish to want more of it. But Kyoujurou glances out the window to the shadowed world outside, where he knows he’d find Akaza if he went looking, and feels a phantom itch under his skin.
