Summary
A job gone wrong ends with Jango pissing off a Hutt. Wounded and on the run, he’s picked up by a slave woman with her equally slave son.. who uses some decidedly jetii – if primitive - tricks when no one’s watching.
As his hunters get closer, there’s no time or proper equipment – and he’s still far from having recovered enough to get either of these – to take them with him. The identical looks of understanding in the eyes of both mother and son follow him as he slips through security around his ship and disappears, and something shifts.
When the Sith offers him a job, Jango accepts for a very different reason.
He also has plans.
