Summary
Lord Garmadon is constantly attempting to overthrow Ninjago City, but a group of heroes is coming to save the day! That is, if they complete their schoolwork. Cole Brookstone wants to be a normal teenager. However, his crippling crush on one of his best friends and the constant Garmadon attacks on the city are making that dream hard to attain. Nightly patrols take up much of Cole's precious sleeping time, and thoughts about a certain someone take up the rest. When the CERTAIN SOMEONE finally breaks up with his girlfriend, Cole thinks he has a chance. But what if things are more complicated than they seem?

The ninjas are in high school, and they've gotta battle Lord Garmadon from time to time.

Summary
Just don't stare, and just act like everything is normal.
Lance mustered up his most normal ‘I am totally not thinking of sweeping Keith off his feet just because he's a girl now’ face before he spoke as casually as possible.
(His breath may have caught a little in his throat when he made eye contact with Keith, but it didn't happen as long as he didn't acknowledge it.)
“So. Do you prefer to go by he/him or she/her now? Oh, but maybe you would prefer to go by my/mine?”
…
Not a muscle on Keith's face twitched.
What the cheese.
“What the fu-?” Keith had started to say, only to be cut off by Pidge deadpanning something along the lines of ‘that was painful to watch’ while Hunk defended Lance's honour with a sheepish ‘that's not his best line really’.
or to secure an alliance, Keith ended up alternating between being a girl and a boy for some time. It was a change of perspective for a certain someone. (Why does it take seeing girl Keith for Lance to see just how beautiful Keith himself is?)
additionally: my excuse to write Lance realising he’s down bad for Keith.

Summary
A self indulgent cowboy au, Keith moves home and works on Lance's family farm.
Keith groans and slides out of bed, how much did he drink last night?
“Goddamnit, what time is it?”
“Nine, you have a meeting with the realtor today, right?”
“Wait- what- fuck, what time is it?”
“Nine,” Shiro repeats with a sigh and chuckles before walking away from the door. Keith pulls on some clean jeans, a black shirt and his flannel. He quickly makes his way across the guest room and to the bathroom. He brushes his teeth, his hair and puts on deodorant. On the way across the apartment to the kitchen, he tugs on his gloves.
“Mornin’.” He mumbles as he pours himself a cup of coffee.
“Morning… So, how long do you plan on staying this time?” There’s a bite to Shiro’s words. His hair has gone completely white in the front, a small tuft right in between his eyebrows. Last time Keith had saw him, it was a grey mass- but it was paired with the scar across the bridge of his nose and a new prosthetic, maybe Keith had been gone longer than he thought.
