Sarah "Lisa" Livsey is in the driver’s seat with bottle-green eyes full of mischief and half-truths, wondering how to tell her best friend she's been in love with her since their second meeting.
Victoria Dallon is in the backseat with no life of her own; this car is not hers, these girls are not her friends, but her car dies somewhere on the way home from college on a dirt road. Her boyfriend of three years dumps her over a two-minute phone call and when the worst people on Earth stop by to ask if she needs help, she climbs in without a second thought.
They’re all just a shitty set of circumstances trapped in a car with a working engine. This road trip has an ending; just not the one you want.
