Summary
Detective Superintendent Stella Gibson is on Vacation in Los Angeles after her most recent – most troublesome – case in Belfast. She tries to relax a bit, far away from home, when she runs into LAPD Homicide Detective Chloe Decker. Both are instantly intrigued by the other and catch feelings, but Chloe is still officially married to her Ex Dan, who doesn’t exactly want to let her go and dislikes Stella the moment he meets her. (Dan is lowkey the villain in this, I’m actually not even sorry, Dan in the earlier seasons especially S1 was soo annoying. But because I think we all came to grow fond of him after a while, I need to clarify that this is another Dan than we know, who’s a much bigger asshole.)
Also, Lucifer doesn’t exist in this because as much as I love him, Chloe deserved someone who treated her right from the beginning.
& This story takes place shortly after the events of Series 3 of The Fall and prior to Season 1 of Lucifer.

Summary
Two years have passed since Dana Scully walked out of the home she shared with Mulder.
Six months have passed since Stella Gibson's investigation in Belfast concluded.Scully, a Fulbright Scholar, has arrived in London for a year to investigate what makes for productive relationships between forensics / medical branches within police departments; trying to capture and understand more clearly the energy and verve she once shared with Mulder. Her investigation into what makes for a good working partnership in the criminal field puts her in the hands of Stella Gibson; freshly returned to field work and investigating a string of femicide throughout London.
Together they begin piecing together a complex series of murders...and maybe a whole lot more.
