The door jingled open. It wasn't Burg. Burg announced himself upon opening.

He stood up.

Instead, it was a man. A gorgeous Latino man, wearing gray scrubs and brown undersleeves, while holding a toddler in his arms in a blue blanket that was wide awake and staring at him intently.
Migs felt his soul die.
“Shi---Oh my god. Oh my god, oh my god. I am so sorry, sir. I am so sorry. I shouldn't have said that in front of your son.”
Instead, the man laughed. Genuine laugh and smile.
“Nah, don't worry. He's heard worse.”
