There's a terrible feeling of dread, rising inside her, eating her away, piercing her skin, desperate to get outside. She ignores its clawing on her insides, keeps it inside, doing anything she can to stop it from making her insides rot, from making her guts spill out onto the floor.
She feels a familiar sharp pain in her left hand, as she leaves the work building.
