As it turns out, he's in the running for biggest idiot on the face of the planet, and it's looking like he might win. He's a ballet dancer—and a damn good one, at that—who was flying high until his years of abusing his body finally caught up to him, leaving him unable to walk and angry as all hell.
If he ever wants to dance again, he'll need weeks of physical therapy, and who better to provide that than the friend of a friend? Hopefully this Kirishima Eijirou guy is good at his job, otherwise Katsuki will have to kill him, and killing such an attractive man seems like a crime against humanity.
