" Blitzø opens the curtains and lets the early morning hellfire seep into the bedroom. Stolas shifts a little in his sleep, burrowing further into the pillow. Unconsciously, he pulls up the blanket so his face is half hidden behind it. It's cute, honestly, with his rounded belly sticking out so much.
They're close to the laying now - probably. Blitzø hopes the kid’ll pop out soon, otherwise they probably won't fit. It'll be the first time he's ever cursed a pussy for being too tight.
Stolas mumbles to himself. There's the slight creaking of his long-ass bird legs stretching out, and then a fed-up grunt.
“I'm still gravid?” He asks from beneath the blanket.Blitzø bites back a laugh at his expense. “Did’ya think the egg would just… fall out? Tumble outta you all prim and polished in your sleep?” "

" Blitzø turns the deadbolt on the seedy motel room door, then pushes a chair beneath the handle just to be safe. There's a peephole that he tapes over in case Goetia have weird bird vision that would let them look through from the other side. When that's done, Blitzø still isn't certain nobody can get in so he resigns himself to keeping watch all night.
He turns back to check on Stolas. It's only been four days since they left the palace together. Magically, apparently, Stolas is certain that he's eggnant but he looks the same to Blitzø. They booked this crappy room with some of the cash that Stolas brought, but they'll need to pawn his expensive shit to get more. "
Or:
After Blitzø and Stolas run away together, they must make a new life for themselves and the egg. Along the way, maybe they can do some healing too.
