    "Johnny," Gyro's voice was low as he spoke. Johnny flinched, looking up.

    "Are you okay?" Johnny only gave a small nod. He took a bite of the stew Gyro had made, the first decent meal they had had in a while. Gyro continued.

    "Johnny... remember when I talked to Diego and we had that argument?" Johnny remembered that day. He and Hot Pants had been talking, when all of a sudden Diego left in a hurry, Hot Pants soon having to follow him.

    "Yeah, I remember, he had to leave in a hurry," Gyro nodded this time. Gyro set his bowl aside, abandoning the stew. He turned to the former jockey, his green eyes cold.
