A place to put new AUs, complimentary pieces to my existing fics, and other things I write that I like and think other people might like too, but aren't long or complete enough to be on their own.

I liked these two chapters (all there is as of this bookmark). I laughed so hard in the first chapter and the second one was surprisingly satisfying to read for me.

Summary
When Obi-Wan Kenobi dies at the hands of Darth Vader, he awakens in the body of his six-year-old self, carrying the memories of a fallen Order and a galaxy already lost. Realizing the Jedi cannot be saved from within, he vanishes into secrecy and turns to Mandalore, restoring its poisoned land under the guise of a harmless alien and quietly earning the loyalty of its farmers and warriors alike.

I like the way this fic handles time travel! A desperate need to change things, quiet understanding that flashy will not work, and a friend to remind Obi-wan (during chapter 2 at least, the latest chapter out) that life is still currently happening. Not just a future thing to prepare for, come to the gardens to sit and play. I like this so much!

Summary
On the run across the deserts of Mandalore, Jedi Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi encounters a truth hidden in the very sands since the Dral'han: Tarre Viszla may have been the first Mandalorian Jedi, but he wasn't the last. The desert remembers where it was born, the beskar and bone that make its sands, and the ghosts that call it home have plans for a lost Padawan.

Excellent story! The first chapter absolutely hooked me, pointing out Qui-gon was being an idiot and Obi-wan still followed those idiotic directions (knowing they were idiotic at that moment, or immediately afterwards because explosions and blaster fire do not aid you in judging whether the orders your Master barked at you are tactically sound). Ghosts play a cool role in this one too!

"The Egocentric Temporal Order (ETO) bias is the finding that self-initiated action-events are perceived as having occurred prior to simultaneous externally triggered events."
Or: Time is a polite fiction that only matters if you're paying attention, and Anakin is neither polite nor paying attention.
