Summary
When Dream receives the invite to Bad and Skeppy’s wedding in Paris—card littered with hearts and ‘City of Love’ written in a swirly font so nobody can miss what this is about—his first thought isn’t about George. After all, they haven’t seen each other in ages, not since they were kids. Whatever connection they might have had, is probably all gone anyway. All passé, if you will.
So when Dream literally runs into George at Heathrow Airport, it's a happy coincidence. A chance to start up their friendship right where they left off thirteen years ago. Definitely not an invitation for more. Anything like that would just hurt George anyway, what with Dream's awful track record and all.
Friendship might be the last thing he wants or needs with George, but it's safe.
Safe for him, safe for George.
So why the hell did George just offer to be his fake boyfriend for the wedding?

Summary
The thing was: it was like a secret.
A secret between George and no one else. He could sit on stream, with his hoodie on and face in the corner while no one was any wiser as to what he was wearing out of frame. They’d auto-fill him into joggers, or jeans, or something else completely benign and mundane. George liked that. He liked how he could have plausible deniability, because who could guess what he was actually wearing out of the scope of the camera.

Summary
So, apparently, Dream is less than attentive.
As always, he insists on taking over all of the planning for their trip to Turkey. George has no problem with this, but Sapnap had at least tried to help him. He sent Dream a couple different hotel options, but Dream responded with dryness, stating they were “scuffed.” Sapnap gave up. In his flurry of planning absolutely everything, though, he misstepped. Somewhere in the later stages, where there were dark circles on his eye sockets, he misunderstood “sleeps four” as “four different places to sleep.”
