“Andy Sachs ma’am.” Andy said really selling it with that good old midwestern charm.
“No.” Miranda said as she tossed her resume behind her.
“No? I’m more than qualified for the position. How hard can it be to fetch you your coffee and schedule things.” Andy huffed.
“No, as in I have an extremely hard time believing any half sane mother would name their beautiful baby girl Andy.” Miranda said giving Andy déjà vu.
“My birth name is Andrea. But I go by Andy.” Andy explained, and a flicker of something strangely familiar flashed in Miranda’s eyes before she schooled her face into one of disinterest.

This is absolutely the Tik-Tock user Lilah's fault with that damned fucking Jemily threesome convo edit. That combined with my hatred for Andrew Mendoza because what do you mean that asshole thought he could pull JJ through Emily. I get his interest, I do but the only people those two are supposed to be fucking are each other. Sorry not sorry Will.
This is chapter 1. Probably going to keep writing till Jemily 'do it,' because the entire point of fanfiction is to completely ignore canon when it sucks. Let me know in the comments if I should post the rest of it. JJ has turned up so far in my own continuation, worried after Emily won't pic up her calls.
But maybe you'd prefer to have this as a stand alone? A fix it that explains the background behind that convo in evolution? Readers choice.
