A mysterious statue of two companions has captured the attention of Boothill for several months and every week, he stops by to visit it. When he realizes that another person has been visiting just as frequently, he consults his friends to see what he should do. With some (not so) gentle encouragement from a certain blonde-haired man, he realizes that this beautiful stranger is quite easy to talk to. He gets a feeling of nostalgia every time this stranger opens his mouth. Happiness blooms in his chest.. Along with something else.

He’s enjoying this. Gaon tries to keep his face neutral. He doesn’t quite get why Kang Yohan’s eyes seem to light up with mischief with such routine questioning and it’s throwing him off. “You could give us a list,” he suggests slowly.
“That would be a very dangerous list but not a very useful one.” Judge Kang leans across the table, his dark intense eyes boring into Gaon. “Officer Kim, you’re still seeing things from a normal person’s perspective. This is a different league now. When the stakes are this high, the usual rules don’t apply. Think about that.”
