    How right he was, I thought.
    “She would never let me down.” I felt foolish for my behaviour, like a petulant child who hadn’t learned the virtues of gratitude. “She’s family, you know. We share the same blood in our veins. Of course she wouldn’t let me down.”

    Bertie's Christmas cheer is restored by a gift from his - usually not-so-deserving - aunt. It's thoughtful, it's generous, and it's from Agatha. Definitely, absolutely, from Agatha.
