    “Ivy,” Bruce grits out, turning his head away from Clark as if he’s embarrassed. “I had an altercation with her earlier tonight. Apparently, she’s been creating new variants of her pollens. Specifically, ones that have aphrodisiacal effects which persist until sexual gratification has been achieved.” He pauses. “As you’ve probably noticed, she did not hesitate to test one of said variants on me.”
