Summary
When Mike decides to get a fake boyfriend to make Will jealous so Will can admit to the feelings Mike’s friends say he has, it backfires. Will is distancing himself from Mike, constantly getting drunk, being dry, never home, and when he is home it’s because he’s brought some guy over after a party. Before Mike knows it, Will is saying he doesn’t even want to be friends with him anymore. Mike is left confused and hurt.
He’s even more confused when that same night Will comes home and kisses him. And then a day later they have sex, and Will seems to be avoiding him after. And worse, it happens again. Five different times. And then even worse, Mike is craving it more with every passing time it happens.
As much as Mike hates it, this is just a series of casual hookups. A fling. And in some twisted way, Mike wishes it had never happened, because no matter how hard he tries for some reason he can never get things straight with Will. (no pun intended)
That is, until a certain party sets a snowball in motion.
Or
Mike is frantic when Will doesn’t get jealous of his boyfriend and leads to tension. Then they have angry sex that’s played off as casual until they can’t deny it anymore.
