Hank woke up from a good night's sleep at 6 AM, surprising himself. Today was his and Connor's day off, the kid had been pretty excited to spend his free time with his brothers, which Hank was inclined to agree that it probably would do them good to have some kind of brotherly-bonding moment.
He pretends not to notice Nines standing there— ominously —looking out the window to the backyard. He goes on about his day, grabbing himself a nice cup of coffee, wondering where the hell his two other boys were—until he heard a muffled thud paired with a, "Fuck you!" coming from the backyard.

A light explodes throughout his vision, forcing his eyes to squeeze shut. Is this the part where his life flashes before his eyes?
“-prata! Saps! C’mon man you can’t leave me to do all the talking.” A familiar voice cuts through his daze.
It reminds him of the of the beach at dawn. Rays of sunlight warming his skin as the sea breeze ruffles through his hair and feathers. If he turns his head he’ll see Flux discarding his signiture jacket in a fit of ramble induced rage. He’ll close his eyes, turning his head up to the sky as the familial noise washes over him, content to just exists alongside him.
But somethings wrong.
Dawn at the beach isn’t warm anymore, its dark and cold and gutteral. Its his numbed and bloodied stumps of fingertips clutching at thawing stone as sobs wrack through his weak body. And theres no irritated voice beside him because Fluixon is dead.
Or
Saparata travels back in time after an abrupt death and proceeds to act as abnormal as possible.
