The sweltering heat would have been clue enough, all else aside, that the ship they boarded was no human one. That, and the strange, lingering echo of their footsteps, too loud and too hard, sketching out a ceiling far taller and broader than needed to accommodate a human frame. Lan was struck, once again, by what a foreign place his new home was to be.

Summary
Travis is a young professor at a well regarded University. He also happens to be an Omega who's been on heat suppressants since he presented as a teenager. He hadn’t experienced a heat since then and he would very much like to keep it that way.
But then one of his most promising students, an Alpha by the name of Colton, takes more than a passing interest in Travis and an Omega's biology gets a helping hand in winning out. Soon Travis starts experiencing symptoms of his heat and its Colton that is there to get him through it.

Summary
Best friends Dylan and Travis had it all figured out. They would both become Sentinels like their fathers, ace their way through the Centre’s rigorous training and they would both take on the world.
