Summary
Kanan distrusts the Clones, and Rex isn't the exception. This fact has to change as they both encounter a rather important clone who introduces them to a bigger rebellion.
------
“Master Jedi, please listen to me,” the clone said slowly, trying to calm the Jedi down, “I mean you no harm”
Kanan scoffed, “and how can you prove that?”
Before the clone could answer, steps came from behind him, to which he quickly dropped to a knee picked up one of his blasters and pivoted, his back turned to the wall.
“Rex?” The man sounded shocked, like he had seen a ghost.
The clone dropped his weapons immediately and Kanan could see Rex’s complexion had turn pale.
“…Cody?” Whispered Rex, eyes quickly flicking to the Commander’s temple, then higher to his hairline.

Summary
It's pretty simple. Jon spends his life following the Force, but when it practically screeches to head back to the Temple, he answers as quickly as he can.
And he doesn't like what he finds.
Or:
Jon Antilles saves the Mand'alor and takes Obi-Wan as his padawan while fixing the galaxy. Like a dad shopping with a baby on his chest except the baby is a feral 13 year old boy attached to his back and shopping is taking down slavery rings and arresting murderers in guilds.

Summary
If there was one thing Obi-Wan had had time to learn despite all the cultural misunderstandings and the sometimes equally confusing language barrier regarding the meaning of words translated into Aurabesh, it was that there was no Riduur'alor and no mother to the children of the Mand'alor.
Mand'alor Fett had no official partner, never had, and no one in the palace ever had his children. Yet he had sons of various ages. In other words, pregnant partners disappeared never to be seen again, while babies appeared.
Obi-Wan was not aware of this at first, and then he did not particularly worry when he found out because he was a Jedi and knew how to defend himself. He became Jango's lover of the moment. Then, against all odds, he became pregnant, and it was safe to say that Obi-Wan refused to accept the fate of his predecessors.
