Everything felt painful. Giorno can't forget the pain he felt as he held Mista's lifeless body in his arms, how sore his throat was when he begged for him to wake up. He didn't expect it just be Him, Narancia and soon enough Fugo to be the survivors of the week-long hell they endured.
He focused all of his guilt and grief into pampering Narancia, the only link he had to the group he foolishly gotten too attached too. Lavishing him with expensive gifts and plenty of positive attention, treating him as a pet some would say. However, this estranged attachment becomes more when he decides to fully severe the old relationship Narancia and Fugo had with one night together in bed.
