Jayce placed his foot on the head of the hammer, an uncanny resemblance to one of his Progress Day posters that Viktor decidedly did not have in his room.
“Some mere doors are no match to me. I am the Man of Progress!”
Viktor wasn’t sure if that was meant to be ironic or if he really was that drunk. He decided not to take his chances. “Sure you are,” he said, stepping out to the cold night to grab his nemesis by the shoulder. “Let’s get you inside, Man of Progress.”-
Sometimes you have to tenderly care for your nemesis at his worst moment of weakness, because life throws curve-balls at you like that.

The drugs wear off. Which is good, because Jayce was ready to crawl his way back to Zaun just to punch Viktor in the throat. Upon reflection, that was likely an overreaction. More importantly, it was undignified. Jayce still has to wait for himself to heal.
