High honor Arthur x typical Micah. They want to love each other, but they fit together about as well as pie and horseshit. To Micah, Arthur's too sweet and won't open up his full potential, and to Arthur, Micah's... Micah. His own brand of awful. It makes Arthur feel... wrong in so many ways to feel anything sweet for Micah, and it's a mutual shame. Too many things about it just simply don't work well together. But they're still pulled in towards each other like fish to the sea.

John finds himself in the dog house one evening with no where to go but to gravel outside of Arthur's bedroom door.
Defeated, John thinks he's gonna have to spend the night lying on the cold hardwood floor until he begins to pick up on suspicious noises coming from Arthur's bedroom.
Soon enough, John's cold night outside turns into hot late night evening spurred by Arthur's moans.

John smiles, too genuinely, as if Arthur's approval mattered to him.
Arthur's guts twist in a funny way.
"You know me, Art, always cautious," he boasts, lifting his chin, his smile turning into a cocky grin.
Arthur lets out a low laugh in response. "Yeah, exactly, I know you." The hint of sarcasm is perfectly heard and the younger man rolls his eyes, reminding him that he's still a damn teenager compared to the adult he claims to be.
Or
Arthur sees something he should never have seen.
And his reaction is, to say the least... unexpected.
