by some terrible joke sterling wesley and april stevens can’t escape each other. not even in college.
sterling believes in fate. not the cheesy, predestined soulmate kind they show in romcoms. but the cruel, unromantic kind that keeps dragging her to april. fate’s a bitch without a sense of humor. because now she's stuck sharing the whole dorm (thank god not the same room), those fucking dormitory showers with her... ex (was that a word for them? they weren’t even officially dating... were they?)
fate was never meant to bring them to the point where april catches sterling with her toothbrush in her mouth. and just because april's the one who left it for sterling to find, doesn't mean she likes that.
