Xornoth was here this morning. Scott knows this, he saw them while they were eating breakfast, heard them arguing even through the door as he waited outside. He doesn’t see any lights on when he gets home, but they were probably just tired, or maybe even just sitting in the dark. He doesn’t see their backpack anywhere, which was weirder, but maybe it was just upstairs with them. He doesn’t hear any sounds from their room, but they were always quiet. So he isn’t worried. He isn’t worried.
