Summary
It's 2403, the Enterprise-G has just completed its 1st 6 month mission with Captain Seven in Command. Starfleet and the Federation are trying to rediscover their spirit of adventure and peaceful exploration. Good job the new Commander-in-Chief, one Admiral K. Janeway, knows a thing or two about that.
Or, what happens six months on from the final scene of the final episode of s3 of Picard for Seven and Janeway, with some attempt to explain how they got there, because I had questions. Lots of questions.
[aka yes, ncruuk's gone and done another epic]

A fix-it with missing scenes for the s5 episode 'Breakdown', focused on Maggie in the moments after things don't go boom (or, more accurately, hiss).
Maggie/Isobel established relationship but they've not 'outed' themselves to anyone beyond OA at this point.

At first no one really knew what had happened.
Then, no one really knew why what had happened had happened.
But everyone knew what would happen next. After all, what else was ohana for?

Integral: necessary to make a whole complete; essential or fundamental.
Whistler is definitely not 'family adjacent', she's integral to it.
Time to break down some of the Whistler mystique, answering such questions the team hadn't (yet) realised they had, like how did she transfer to FBI so quickly? Why does she always know someone who can help? What does she do when not at NCIS? And, anticipating the first question, does Lucy know?
[Set a non-specific 'few' months after Lucy's return from the Ronald Reagan]

Summary
Alex Tennant was raised to be a thoughtful, considerate and kind boy, who's now grown up into a thoughtful, considerate, kind teenager...which means he's also a typical teenage boy - old enough and interested enough in girls to get to first base with them but young enough to be too embarrassed to talk to his Mom about it. So, when he returns from a high school baseball tour trip to the mainland realising he needs some advice, he knows exactly who he needs it from: Kate. Unsurprisingly, this comes as something of a surprise to Kate, Lucy and Jane though it does all, eventually, make perfect sense.
[This was supposed to be a small, slightly silly almost crack-fic idea that would see me try writing 'Kacy' for the first time. Instead, it's a not-so-small and fluff rather than crack (I know, why break the habit of two decades of fanfic-ing?).]

Perso Piccoli Cuccioli di Fuoco della Stazione 19 [but the stories are in English!] by ncruuk

Summary
Puppies + Carina DeLuca + Christmas = A level of cuteness even Captain Bishop couldn't say no to.
But that's only the first story...after that, well, there's a some surprises and adventures for Seattle's youngest ever Fire Captain, her super-hot, incredible Italian OBGYN doctor girlfriend, their firefighter and doctor friends and family.
Station 19 season 4 canon is only selectively recognised [i.e. only the fluffy bits] and season 5? Yeah, no. I like my Captains Bishop shaped and capable thank you, with Dr DeLuca treated like a superb medical rockstar!
[There is no relationship angst - Maya/Carina are angst free but the *feels* associated with backstory of canon characters generate *feels* that if the writing's worked, might feel a bit angsty. Also contains reference to past drug use and injuries (milder than show but still to note) - individual chapters have notes were relevant].

Summary
[Description Update (March 2017) - In light of where the TV show has elected to go with the Bernie Wolfe character, this is now technically a 'slight AU' or 'canon divergent' story series. Everything after s18 episode 36 'Missing You Already' is considered to have not happened.]
Major Berenice 'Bernie' Wolfe, former patient on Darwin, has worked enough shifts at Holby City hospital to be known as much for her brusqueness and blunt bedside manner as she is for her surgical skill and calm under pressure. Some days, the only silver lining is that her private life is now, thanks to the divorce being finalised, considered 'old news'.
But that's not a life, and she didn't fight her way through to this point in her life in order to stop living... so she starts on her new life in Holby which isn't actually that different from her old life in Holby except, once you look past the beret and the bark, she's actually not that different.
And for that, Alex is very, very grateful.
{Warning - I like happy endings, but am not adverse to a little bit of drama along the way...}

Post 2x06 AU.
Communication offshore is tricky leaving only emails and wifi-based texts as the only mode of contact for months. Can Kate learn to thrive even while apart from Lucy? Does absence really make the heart grow fonder? What happens when things occur at home while Lucy is stuck at sea?
All this will be answered and more!
