With a voice faint than the nearby crackling of woods set on fire, fainter than the distant hymns of cicadas in the night, Taehyung whispers, “I had dreams about you."
He turns to look at Jeongguk, shifting his body and lying on his left side before smiling at the man. Seconds pass as the tempo drags, "Four in a row," Taehyung then continues, his right arm finding its rest on top of Jeongguk's sturdy chest; feeling his heart beat steadily, listening to it quietly.
Rounding his left arm to cradle Taehyung close, Jeongguk hums lowly, acknowledging him to continue. He hears Taehyung suck in a breath, sees him blink his fiery eyes off of wet tears, feels him dissolve tightly into his embrace before uttering timidly, almost forlornly.
